Our new Customer Ordering Portal has been created to make your order placement quick and easy and to minimise any mistakes during placing of your order over the phone. All you need do is to register your Company’s Account via the new Customer Ordering Portal. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, enabling you to immediately start placing your order. No payment is required at this point, the Customer Ordering Portal will generate your order confirmation prior to order processing.
It is clearly beneficial that all your Sunmight UK orders are saved and visible in your Account and accessed via your Customer Ordering Portal. Your repeat re-ordering process is now much simpler, requiring you only to log-in to your Customer Ordering Portal, followed by a single click on “Repeat my order” button, and your latest order is actioned in our system.
We have also added a new FAQ section, where you can find answers to the most popular questions about business with Sunmight UK.
